Hills, light drizzle and cramping thighs

Was it really a year ago I wrote this?
Hathersage Sprint Triathlon time again. I really like this triathlon because, as it says on the t-shirt, "it ain't flat".
I left the tradeshow a bit earlier than usual to be back on Saturday night in time for my 9.18 start on Sunday morning. There was intermittent drizzle and a bit of a wind, but nothing like the rain that came in the afternoon.
Despite my plans following last year's triathlon, I didn't do all the training, so had no great hopes beyond taking a couple of minutes off last year's time by not spending an age in each transition.

Feeling tired with the main hill still to come

I don't have the splits yet but I had a pretty good race. I swam harder, was closer to the limit during the bike and hammered down the hills in the run, finishing in 1:31:27.
